Complaining pays off

Although complaining about a product is something I absolutely both detest and dread, it sure pays off. We just received a package from the company NORA worth 200 NOK. All we did was send an email of complaint a few weeks ago about a half baked pizza which after baking got totally stuck to the foil form that came with it.
