Dropbox - smart way of syncing and sharing files
In my opinion, Dropbox is close to the smoothes backup, sync and sharing tool around. Only after using it for a couple of weeks, I'm convinced this is the smartest, fastest and most user friendly tool I've come across!
Easy to use
Any other option is simply more complicated and demands far more prior knowledge than Dropbox. You get 2 Gb of free storage, and if you send someone an invite or referral, you are granted 250Mb for each accepted invite (max 8Gb of free storage). So, if this blog-post makes you want to have a go, please use the referral link below so I may get extra storage;)

Automatic sync between different computers
I use two, sometimes three different computers. Dropbox enables me to keep all my files syncronized, because the moment I add or change a file, Dropbox synchronizes all three computers so that the new versions or files added are readily accessable. Copying files using a usb or e-mail will from now on be completely superfluous.
Easy file-sharing
Sharing files or a folder with content is super easy. You can either send an invite directly from your local Dropbox folder or by logging on to your account at dropbox.com. To send an invite, you only need the recipient's e-mail, and as soon as she accepts and installs the software, the shared folder starts synchronizing. It is as easy as pie!
