That's what friends are for :)
Gathering the stamina to undo and re-lay the entire parquet floor isn't easy. But when a friend of mine, Allan, generously rang me up to give me a hand, I didn't hesitate to happily and overwhelmingly accept his proposition. It took us 16-20 hours over four days to do the job. Being an apprentice to a more experienced parquet layer made the learning curve steep yet efficient. So now, if one of my friends needs help laying parquet, I will gladly reach out a hand. Still, having the right equipment sure makes the job half-done! We were lucky enough to have friends with the right equipment.
