The table is set
We've been trying to implement some kind of chores system for the boys to make them realize that things don't happen automatically at home. This sounds fair enough, doesn't it? But I don't blame them for protesting when setting the table.
The problem is not that the table is too high or they can't reach the plates, but it's due to the simple fact that the table seems to have a magetic effect on miscellanious things. And because with a family of four kids, you are never able to complete any task before some matter urgently demands your immediate attention. Thererfore, quite a lot of work has to be done before the table is cleared. To illustrate this, have a look at what we found on our dinner table this morning.

We hope this gives you a little comfort, perhaps this even boosts your self confidence if it's not as bad in your house.
