Skiing competition on slush
Tromsø skiklubb (The Skiclub of Tromsø) arranged the last club competition of the season on Wed 26. April. Thomas and his two team mates eagerly took part in this sportive event. Close to a hundred contestants glided strenuously cross the slushy snow to win the great relay.
Interestingly, the relay followed a set of rules that made the competition great fun for everyone, both the smallest and the fastest. Eeach team of three, went two separate rounds where the winner was the team with the least time difference betwee the two relay rounds. Thomas' team won! They managed to do both rounds in exactly the same time.
The team was elated when the winner was announced and handed nice, silvery cups. Equally fun seemed munching the waffles, cakes and juice which this time were on the house.
Han med den hvite lua...er det Ole Einar Bjørndalen? I hvert fall ser han innmarri god ut!
