Sun-bathed scenery
It's absolutely spectacular having the sun back after three months of polar night here in the northern part of Norway at a latitude within the Arctic Circle. The first time the sun peeps over the mountains where we live, is on 20. January. To relish the sweetness of sun-rays, we went for a stroll and to capture the moment I took a few pictures with my tiny Canon Ixus. Read more to see what it looked like!
Only a ten minute walk away from our place, there is a small horse-farm.

Ten below zero may not sound very cold, but due to the climate along the coastline, it feels like -15 in a dryer climate. So we made sure both the baby and mom were aptly dressed.

And here is what we have been waiting for since 20. November!
